A management system for a civil-protection group: people, resources, activities and reporting in one place, instead of paper and spreadsheets.
The challenge
Volunteer civil-protection units coordinate people, vehicles and equipment under pressure, often on paper and group chats. When an activation comes, scattered records cost time the moment can't afford.
The approach
We built a focused gestionale on a Vite monorepo with a shared component library — tracking members, resources and activities, with the reporting a coordinator needs without digging. Designed for the real workflow: fast to read on a phone, clear under stress, locked behind authentication.
The outcome
Coordinators see who and what is available at a glance, and the unit's records are in one structured place instead of a folder of spreadsheets.
