Privacy Policy

Last updated June 26, 2026

This policy explains how Logical Tech ("Logical", "we") processes the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by 101/2018), and applicable ePrivacy rules.

Data controller

The data controller is Logical Tech, based in Udine, Italy.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as it is not mandatory for our activity. For any question about your personal data, write to the email above.

What data we process

  • Data you give us — when you fill in the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter: name, email address, optional company, budget range, and the content of your message.
  • Browsing data — collected automatically by the systems running the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time, and other technical log data.
  • Cookies and identifiers — for the purposes and terms described in our Cookie Policy.

Why we process data, and on what legal basis

  • To answer your requests sent through the contact form — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
  • To send you the newsletter, if you subscribe — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To measure site traffic with analytics tools — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given through the cookie banner.
  • To keep the site secure and working and prevent abuse — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • To comply with legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. The providers that let us run the service may process it as data processors or independent controllers:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
  • Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — traffic statistics (Google Analytics).
  • Discord Inc. — internal delivery of contact-form requests.

Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers are based in the United States. Any transfer takes place under adequate safeguards pursuant to Chapter V of the GDPR — in particular adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep data

  • Contact-form requests: for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data: according to Google's retention periods, in any case no longer than 14 months.
  • Technical logs: normally up to 12 months.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

  • access to your data and a copy of it;
  • rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data;
  • erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise them, write to info@logicaltech.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Providing your data

Providing data is optional, but the fields marked as required in the form are necessary for us to reply: without them we cannot follow up on your request.

Automated decisions and profiling

We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you. Analytics tools process data in aggregate form, not to profile you individually.

Minors

The site is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the services we offer. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
