About Logical

A small studio, on purpose

Logical is a product studio built around a simple bet: a tight, senior team that owns the whole problem will out-ship a big one that hands work across departments.

We started Logical because we were tired of watching good ideas die in process. Too many agencies sell hours; too many teams confuse motion with progress. We wanted to build the opposite — a place where strategy, design, and engineering are one conversation, and where the measure of a week is what went live.

We stay small on purpose. Every project has senior people on it from day one to handover. You'll never be passed to a junior team after the pitch, and you'll never wonder who's actually doing the work. We are an independent software house based in Udine, in Italy's Friuli Venezia Giulia region, working with clients across Italy and Europe.

What we hold to

Ship over showcase

Working software beats a perfect deck. We optimise for what's live, not what's presentable.

Plain language

No jargon to hide behind. If we can't explain it simply, we don't understand it well enough yet.

Own the outcome

We're not done when the code merges. We're done when it works for your users and your team can run it.

Senior, always

The people who pitch are the people who build. Small team, no layers, fast decisions.

How we work

A short path from idea to live

Every engagement runs through the same three phases. You always know what we're doing, why, and what comes next.

1–2 weeks
01

Discover

We pin down the real problem, the constraints, and what success looks like. You leave with a scope and a plan, not a slide deck.

2–4 weeks
02

Design

We prototype fast and test with real users. We make the hard decisions early, while they're still cheap to change.

4–12 weeks
03

Build

We ship to production in iterations. You see working software every week, and you own everything we write.

Have a product in mind?

One short call. We'll tell you what we'd build, how long it takes, and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
