A platform that maps a company's AI systems, classifies their risk under Regulation 2024/1689, and trains the team — assessment plus an LMS, in plain Italian.
The challenge
The AI Act applies to companies that have no idea it applies to them. A small firm running a chatbot or CV-screening tool is suddenly in scope, facing a regulation written for lawyers. Most compliance tools answer with more legalese.
The approach
We built a guided wizard a company opens through a one-time link: it maps every AI system in use, classifies each into the Act's four risk tiers, and generates a deterministic report — no generative AI in the assessment, so the output is auditable and repeatable. On top sits an LMS for the Article 4 literacy requirement: lessons, quizzes you repeat until you pass, certificates. Built on Next.js 16, Drizzle and Postgres, with role-based access for consultant, company admin, and employee.
The outcome
A non-technical team can go from 'do we even need this?' to a defensible assessment and a trained, certified staff — without hiring a law firm.
The outcome
From legalese to a defensible plan
